I have visited numerous facilities over the years and I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the building and the welcoming personality of the receptionist I encountered on my visit. The one nurse that came to the patient’s room was so kind and considerate. She was very personable and polite to patient as well as myself as a visitor. Management should wear a badge of pride in this staff and facility - the dedication displayed in all the staff does is top notch.

There were several very kind, friendly and caring staff members. As with anywhere, staff was low several times and its unfair for patients. Some staff were on top of their job all the time and we tried to let them know how we appreciated it. As far as the therapists, my dad had Ryan peryer and Daniele sines. They were both very good with my dad. I wish they could’ve had more time with him but insurance is not on our side. Ryan and Dani were both very personable and were appreciative that my dad wanted and tried to do whatever they ask. We appreciate all of knowledge and help

My uncle spent 2.5 months at Carolina Rehab and they were fabulous. He could not walk when he got there and they pushed him to go further each time. He surpassed his goals because of the wonderful Occupational Health (Dani and others) and Physical Therapy (Ryan). His speech therapist (Kirsten) worked hard on getting him to learn to swallow so he could get off the feeding tube and eat regular food. He succeed and she was a huge blessing. He had a wonderful nurse (Jennifer) every time I had a chance to visit. Last but not least, his precious CNAs Ms Machella and Joyce. He was spoiled so much by everyone. The receptionist(s) were always pleasant and greeted us with a smile and a welcome.

My name James Hunt and Carolina Rehab are extremely blessed because of the staff especially Dani and Ryan. My nurse Jennifer and my two CNAs Machella and Joyce took the absolute best care of me. If they were on shift I knew those days were going to be great days. They went over and beyond to help me and also Ryan and Dani.

My mother is currently staying at Carolina Health Care Center of Cumberland, and I’ve had a great experience with the care she’s receiving. The staff has been kind, attentive, and respectful, and they make sure she is comfortable and well taken care of. I really appreciate how they communicate and take the time to address any questions or concerns I have. It gives me peace of mind knowing she’s in a safe and supportive environment. I would definitely recommend this facility to other families.
