My experience for the last 6 months has been absolutely Horrible. My husband in in their long term unit. Had i known Villa has 1 out of 5 rating with Social Securiy Administration, I would never put him there. They have very rude office staff all the way up to the Administration. Very condescending and insensitive to anyone experiencing this situation for the first time. Most of the nurses have been my only saving grace. Helpful. Kind and understanding. There are a couple that don't care and are there to collect pay check. My husband lost a tremendous amount of weight after being admitted. His physical health dropped to practically an invalid.His mental health has also declined
