My husband was in worse shape when he left than when he got there. They are very under staffed, but the workers that are there try to do the best they can. On weekends and holidays there is a skeleton crew. He had a bed sore and the PT had been inconsistent. We were in the understanding that what PT employees that were there didn't have enough time to effectively donate to each person. He had a UTI from his catheter not being changed often enough and left in to long (that could have been the doctors mistake). The food was terrible. It was bad enough that one of the employees said they'd give him the Door Dash app so he could order food. After that we noticed how many delivery people we saw arriving with orders. He had a doctors appointment and we met him there. We were shocked by his appearance! He had some of his breakfast on his shirt, some in his beard, his hair wasn't combed, and he smelled. We were told that baths were weekly. When his grandson went to get his belongings , after my husband was gone, he walked in, (no one at the reception desk) he signed in, walked to the room, gathered the belongings and never saw anyone as he carried a half full trash bag back pass the (still unmanned) reception desk. DO NOT COME OR SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!
