Nothing but a bunch of liars from day 1 didn’t know it until about 2weeks in. Called to voice my concerns and Candace was not interested in hearing anything I had to say she definitely is the problem there and shouldn’t have her position if she don’t know how to run the facility safely

My dad passed away from there several years ago but my mom is still a resident. I have lots of issues with this place such as a high employee turnover rate, and some of the food prepared is subpar. There have been issues where there is no coffee for the residence either because the coffee maker was broken or the product it was not delivered. Other issues I will keep to myself for now. I do believe some of the employees are doing their best given what they have to work with.

My mother and step-dad lived in a villa for 11 years and enjoyed it. But when they moved to assisted living things went downhill fast. A persistent problem was simple lack of good care and very short staff. After she had to move to skilled nursing Mom would wait nearly an hour at times for an aide. As a result she often had accidents or got very uncomfortable. She got bed sores. Also medical orders were aometimes simply not followed. We constantly had to check with nurses to see if meds were being given as ordered. She ended up in the ER twice when her blood sugar got too low. Mom had money stolen from her room three times. For the quality of service her monthly fee of nearly 15k was absurd. I felt bad for the staff that actually cared, were kind and tried their best but there were just not enough of those fine people. It got worse when it changed ownership in 2025.
