Went to visit my grandma at the victory center. The lady at the front desk was very nice and made sure to tell us how to get to my grandmas room. The hallways are very clean, and it was cute seeing how everyone had their front doors decorated.<br>The room itself is very spacious, lots of room to add your own things and decorate how you please. My grandma has a big beautiful window in her room for all her plants which she loves. The kitchen is the perfect size, and the bathroom is huge, very wheelchair friendly.<br>Everything is very clean, and staff seem very nice.<br>We enjoyed some time out by the gazebo as well.<br>Definitely feel very comfortable with my grandma being there, she is so happy and I love hearing her stories about her new friends and the activities she does!<br>Thank you staff @ the Victory Center 💜

From the moment we met with Nicole for a tour, my mom felt welcomed, heard and truly cared for. Everyone at the Victory Center is very caring and helpful. My mom feels safe and secure which means the WORLD to our family. Shout out to the nursing staff and CNA’s - they are<br>very on top of my mom’s medicine management and well being. My mom looks forward to seeing them everyday! Her apartment is kept clean and tidy and her laundry is always done in a timely manner. The Victory Center has truly been a blessing. . .

After taking a look around Victory Centre, my family and I have fallen in love with this facility. The residents are lovely, and the staff is welcoming. You can really feel the community vibe when you step in.

In touring multiple places and doing extensive research on care, Ive found that Victory Centre had exceeded my expectations both from a financial and medical standpoint.<br>Every place has obstacles its unavoidable BUT, if there's a concern for the last 2 years my Mom has been here, they have tried to accommodate her and make things right. There is a whole group of Loving, Compassionate and kind people that love what they do, and they show up EVERYDAY to Victory Centre of Elk Grove.

Please do not bring your loved ones here. The photos on this facility's website do not reflect the reality of what goes on inside. The executive director, Nicole, is one of the worst administrators this place has ever had. She yells at residents, treats people disrespectfully, and shows favoritism toward people of her own race while ignoring everyone else. She does nothing to solve the serious problems in the building.<br><br>The entire facility is falling apart because the new maintenance director, Larry, is completely ineffective. The air conditioning doesn't work on the floors or in many of the residents' rooms. The washing machines are constantly broken, and maintenance issues go unresolved. Larry is always angry and speaks disrespectfully to both residents and employees.<br><br>The entire management team protects one another instead of fixing problems. The food and overall service are poor, and there are often only one or two staff members trying to take care of the entire building. State inspectors are there frequently because of complaints, but nothing ever seems to change. It feels like everyone is covering for each other while only caring about making money.<br><br>Please, for the sake of your family member, choose another facility. I am speaking from personal experience. My loved one left this place in worse condition than when they were admitted.
