If I could give this place no stars I would but you have to rate it to give a review. My husband has been in this facility since the middle of April for physical therapy. He goes twice a day some days to physical therapy. He has made very good progress and wants to come home. He went to talk to the social worker today and she doesn't feel that he is strong enough to come home yet. We are having to pay a $217 per day deductible that Medicare does not pay for each day that he is there. I think they are planning to keep him there for the 100 days that Medicare pays and on day 101 they will decide that he is strong enough to come home. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone at this facility. They will call me and not 5 minutes later I will return the call and get the voice mail in their office and then it is days before they even call back. If I had read the reviews before he was sent to this facility I never would have let him go there. I would have brought him directly home from the hospital. They now have a very upset patient' who feels like he is being held against his will in this facility. Someone needs to investigate this place.

My father recently stayed at this nursing home, and our family is very grateful for the care he received. The staff treated him with kindness, patience, and respect, making him feel comfortable and valued during his stay. The nurses and caregivers were attentive to his needs and kept us informed about his care and progress. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and provided a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. It gave our family peace of mind knowing that my father was in capable and compassionate hands. Thank you to everyone who helped care for him. Your dedication and professionalism made a difficult time much easier for our family. We would highly recommend this nursing home to others looking for quality care for a loved one.

My aunt was a resident at Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center, and she absolutely loved her experience there. From the moment she arrived, she and her roommate got along very well, which made her feel comfortable right away. She received therapy on a daily basis, and the team truly helped her regain strength and confidence. She also really enjoyed the activities and engaging with other residents, which made her stay even more meaningful. The management staff went above and beyond—from introducing themselves on her first day to personally wishing her well upon discharge. That level of care and attention did not go unnoticed. We would definitely recommend this facility to other families looking for a place for short-term rehabilitation.

My mom was admitted to Victoria Crossing Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after heart surgery, and we are so grateful for the care she received. From the moment she arrived, the staff made her feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for during such a vulnerable time. The nursing team was attentive and compassionate, always making sure her needs were met and that she was recovering properly. Her therapy team was also excellent—they worked with her consistently and helped her regain her strength and endurance step by step. We truly saw a difference in her progress because of their dedication. She also enjoyed the welcoming environment and the opportunity to engage with others, which helped lift her spirits throughout her recovery. The management staff went above and beyond, checking in regularly and ensuring everything ran smoothly from admission through discharge. We would absolutely recommend Victoria Crossing to any family looking for a supportive and high-quality rehabilitation experience.

I was admitted to Victoria Crossing in December 2025, and since moving into the facility, I have had a really enjoyable stay. I truly appreciate all the nurses and CNAs, as they are always very caring, courteous, and attentive. They have made a big difference in my experience here. I also really enjoy my room, especially the view—it’s very nice and peaceful. The therapy team has been excellent as well. They take the time to explain everything clearly and provide the support I need to improve. Overall, I’ve had a great experience, and I would like to recognize Michael (Admin) and Carl (Supervisor) for their leadership and support.
