We had to place my mother here after a bad fall and some memory issues. They were so amazing. They truly helped her actually recover. She got PT and OT and her meds adjusted just right. She’s home now! After a month of treatment at Victoria care center she was able to walk again and do so many things for herself. She’s told me how the staff was just amazing and so good to her. She loved telling them stories of her life and they seemed like they really cared to hear about it. She made a new friend in her roommate and all in all it was actually exactly what was needed to get her back to health and home. I want to be honest in this review so there are two things I want to mention- the food- def not great, but you can order any delivery service and they’ll make sure the food gets to the correct room. And the second thing is- my mom did say it gets loud at night. I mean there are a lot of people in there needing care and nurses moving around- so that’s bound to happen- but it made it hard for her to sleep. I really do think this is a good place and I appreciate the staff taking such good care of my mom. If I ever need to place her somewhere again, I’ll be praying they have a spot for her.

I was very happy with the care provided by the staff at Victoria Care Center. My mother was there for a few months recovering from a severe illness. The nursing staff was attentive and professional. Her caregivers were cheerful and took time to make my Mom comfortable when needed. Big thanks to the therapy staff who got my Mom walking again. Your care and compassion shined through with all of your treatments. My moms had 2 issues 1. The food was not to her liking . 2. At times the response to the “call bell” seemed delayed. These were minor issues when the whole experience is considered. Thank you to all the staff for the amazing care my Mom received.

I had a really positive experience with Victoria Care Center. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about the well-being of their residents. They take the time to communicate clearly with families, which made a big difference in feeling comfortable and informed. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there’s a strong sense of organization in how things are run. I also noticed that residents are treated with respect and patience, which says a lot about the overall environment.
