I have had a wonderful experience with this assisted living community. The staff is truly caring, compassionate, and always goes the extra mile to make residents feel valued and at home. They are friendly, attentive, and treat everyone with kindness and respect. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful. It's clean, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that gives you peace of mind the moment you walk through the doors. You can tell the team takes great pride in keeping everything looking its best. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality assisted living.

We moved from NYC to Scottsdale 27 years ago after early retirement. We were first introduced to the concept of CCRC residences when Vi at Silverstone first opened their doors in 2010. Since then, many of our friends have sold their home and moved into most of the popular Independent/Assisted Living retirement residences in Scottsdale. The proposed services and activities will be similar and the physical appearance is a matter of personal taste and easy to evaluate. The social environment of each has it's own personality and the quality of the staff is not always easy to accurately judge. We were lucky to choose Vi at Grayhawk several months ago. Friends of ours who moved here in the past three years all spoke with delight on how friendly all of the residents were. The welcome we received was exactly what we were told. In addition, all of the staff always go out of their way to please you. Concierge, Valet, Sales & Marketing, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Dining Services have contributed to making us feel at home in the short time we have lived here. Nothing is perfect, but we know this is not always the case in other facilities ... so we thank you Vi at Grayhawk.

I’ve been visiting Vi @ grayhawk for over 13 years and I’ve never once had a negative experience. Their front desk staff has always been helpful, accommodating, and friendly when I’ve attended their annual healthcare benefit fairs. Their staff members from all different departments, such as the chefs, the servers, nurses, engineering, and maintenance staff have all been a joy to work with. The staff genuinely love their jobs and residents. I especially love when they tell me stories about their cool residents who have lived really fun lives. It makes me want my parents to move there when the time comes. To know that your elderly parents would be looked after, loved, and cared for enough for the staff to tell others about their stories is a really good feeling.

Faith and I found the perfect garden level unit that walks right out to the putting green. Amy knew what we wanted and she delivered the message as soon as it became available. With 2 dogs, it is so connvenient to take them for a walk. Everything about the Vi is First Class. The food is great. Faith is enjoying the convenience of physical therapy just down the hallway. Sam was wonderful to work with in getting our space personalized. There is great peace of mind knowing that the Vi has our back no matter what the future holds.

My husband and I have lived at Vi at Grayhawk for 11 years and enthusiastically recommend it to potential residents. We were attracted to its warm, homelike atmosphere. We felt welcomed from the first day and have made wonderful friends among our neighbors. Our community continues to welcome and embrace newcomers. The many and varied activities help us to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The continuing care available in the Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Memory facilities are excellent and give us a sense of security should we ever need these services.
