💯 NOT RECOMMENDED. Place was very dirty & nurses were neglectful. The office staff was rude, unprofessional & seemed inexperienced, like they were temp hires. My mother spent about a month there, twice. She contracted RSV from this facility, which turned into a lung infection. She was there to recover from falling with broken bones. Her health was far worse when she left. As soon as insurance runs out - they'll kick you out. They seem to be more focused on the money, less concerned with care of patients.

Very clean, professional facility with happy patients. Rochelle helped my friend so much today. And then she helped me take her outside for fresh air and sunshine. The best for healing! Thank you!

This place was organized, staff friendly and accommodating! Clean and pleasant! I've been to another place in L.A. and it was disgusting! My SIL was very comfortable and had no complaints!

My visit today was a quick one, but I walked in a gentleman pointed to this login iPads and an assistant was passing by and stopped to help me. I had no idea what the protocol was. The assistant guided me to where my family member was, and another person asked me if I needed help finding the room. So basically I had all the help I needed to find my family member and they did so with a smile
