The respite provider we had sat on the couch all day!! So much so she wore out my brand new couch. She fell asleep a few times while “watching” my child. When I asked her to take my child outside they went on a one lap walk and then she brought my child back inside. She was unreliable and would confirm she was available and then when the date came she wasn’t available. When I left the agency the “manager” stopped replying to me and ignored my request to release my child’s hours. After a month and zero communication they finally release my child’s hour. There’s definitely better agencies out there.
