What a great place to serve in the community! From Zachery to Lilly-they love the residents of United Zion. It was privilege to serve them with a tap and singing presentation from the decades of the !920's-1960's! It was great to see the ladies dance, sing and go back down memory lane! It was fun to see my grandson light up as Mona was having fun and enjoying her time!

Overall this is a wonderful retirement community. I've had quite a few family members here. Everyone was so kind to my family and family members that were taken care of there. My grandmother who helped raised me and father in law were well taken care of. The only reason I treated it a bit lower was because my grandmother was twice given a medication that she was known to be allergic to and almost died.

My husband was very fortunate to have been able to go to United Zion for his rehab after he fell and broke his hip. Everyone there, from the care staff to the therapy group and the dining staff were absolutely wonderful. His room fare exceeded what I thought might be possible for his short stay. His privacy was so well respected he could have been at home. We thank United Zion for his wonderful care and for getting him ready to come home as soon as he did.

My mother resides at United Zion with a neurological disorder that requires constant attention and support from her care team. Because she has difficulty communicating, the staff must be exceptionally proactive in meeting her needs.
Throughout this challenging journey, the United Zion team ensures that her care is provided with grace, comfort, and dignity. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the nursing team, knows her by name and takes the time to greet her in the hallways. Their compassion extends beyond my mother. They frequently check in on my father and genuinely care about his well-being as well.
Also, the social work team has been instrumental in helping our family navigate the many administrative and logistical challenges that come with a complex medical situation.
Having my mother at such a high-quality facility, staffed by exceptional professionals, gives our family tremendous peace of mind. We are deeply grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and support we receive every day. I cannot recommend United Zion highly enough.

My father was in United Zion Retirement Community for rehabilitation 2 times in the last 6 months. We could not have been happier with the care he received. His needs and safety were a priority at all times. I received many direct phone calls to be kept in the loop of his care. The staff genuinely cared about our father’s progress and success in reaching the goal of returning home. The facility is extremely clean and very pleasant to be in. The reception area is warm and friendly. I would strongly recommend this facility for any family who needs this type of resource.
