Do not place your loved one in skilled care here. The personal care is great but once you get to skilled care the level of care is not good. My mom just sits at a table all day and they dont take her to the bathroom much because when I visit her the depends is full more than not.

I love living in this independent community! There is always something fun to do, from activities and events to outings that keep life exciting. The staff truly care about all of us and go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, safe, and valued. They are kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. It's a wonderful place to live, make friends, and enjoy each day. I'm grateful to be part of this caring community!

Why did my wife and I choose Luther Acres? Two main factors were obvious. The first was location. Being part of the Borough of Lititz allows us walking access to Main Street shops and restaurants. Parades and events are an extra perk along Main and Broad Streets during the year. The Lititz Public Library and Lititz-Ephrata Rail Trail are a few blocks from campus along Kissel Hill Road or Oak Street to either walk or bike to. The location makes Luther Acres unique to have walking access to so many locations.

The second factor involves the community/people. When we first went to an Open House 8 years ago, we sensed a different vibe from other facilities we had been to. Even though we were visitors at the time, we were treated as if we were already part of the community. That community eventually became our "extended family" and has been a wonderful opportunity for us to enjoy. There are many on and off campus daily activities available to take advantage of, allowing residents to enjoy enriched senior living. Lots of fun times and enjoyment to be had by all.

We invite you to come see for yourself what Luther Acres has to offer like we did. Meet our Marketing Team and residents. Take a guided tour and see why we made the choice to make Luther Acres our home. Look us up on campus when you get here and we will be glad to tell you our Luther Acres story.

Jim and Jennifer Martin

Moving to Luther Acres has been a fantastic choice for us as we move forward in life. In the past year and a half, we’ve found a renewed sense of purpose that’s reignited our passions, bringing meaning and joy back into our lives.
It’s wonderful to know that even as we age, we can still nurture the connections we’ve made with others throughout our lives—whether as newlyweds, parents, caregivers, or seniors. There’s nothing quite like the bond we share with those who are experiencing the same stage of life.
Since moving to LA, our lives have become more vibrant and fulfilling, filled with expression and enthusiasm. We wake up each morning eager to embrace new opportunities and see what fun options we have.
Age doesn’t diminish what we have to offer; if anything, it enriches us. Our wisdom and experiences are invaluable, and here, we have the chance to bring them to life. It’s as if a newfound energy has been sparked in both of us, propelling us forward. The possibilities are endless as we re-explore our passions and discover new ways to put them to use.
Choosing to live here means taking control of our future, deciding how we want to spend our later years. Of course, staying active as long as we can is our goal, but we also accept the changes that come with aging.
We’ve chosen how we want to live our last chapter of life and shaped a path that keeps us empowered and engaged. We have done this not only for ourselves but also to lessen the burdens it often places on our children and family.
Connie & Tom Rife

My Mom is there for Rehab from hip surgery. Working in the medical field myself for many years I am blown away by how bad the care is. Being told to pee in your diaper, waiting an hour for help, falling from your chair and did not get the option to go to the ER. Very disappointed in this place.
