My family and I Could not be happier with the Comprehensive and compassionate care our mother is receiving at Bristol Glen. Every staff member from the receptionists to the support staff, to the medical staff is conscientious and considerate. The facilities are beautiful and well Maintained and the atmosphere is positive and Welcoming. All very important things to our family!

It’s a nice place to live! We live in Independent Living and we are fairly well healthwise. The food is good but there are some different choices we’re just not used to eating. They need more outdoor activities besides picnics. Bocce, shuffle board, croquet. I hear they are cutting out many of our library selections. Big mistake. We have a lot of readers here. We have no more gift shop. Another big mistake. People always bought stuff there. The staff is great but very overworked. Need to hire!

Zero star. Mismanaged unprofessional nightmare facility. Staff turnover is extremely high. Very very very poor communication and follow through by ALL levels of staff. Aides are not trained properly. And nurses are understaffed in IL, AL, Nursing at Tapestries unit.

Staff in “Heajthcare” aka subacute rehab is over worked, under paid. APN doesn’t respect patients requests. Administration, overall is avoidant of patients. I asked to speak with Director of nursing and was told there wasn’t anyone in that position, then I was given a name. I have had a severely negative experience at this facility. Almost none of which had to do with NURSES, AIDES, PT, OT & Dining room, patient care staff !

My wife and I recently visited one of the residents of Bristol Glen. The facility appeared to be well-maintained and is situated in a very nice setting. The staff were very cordial and most importantly our friend (resident) had everything good to say about his new home. I probably could have just as easily given a 5-star rating but was reluctant, only because it was our first visit.
