Originally had an interview with the Lehigh location that transferred to the Pocono location. Had an interview with Ryan and he said he would give me a call back in a couple days after he interviewed other potential candidates. He called and left me a message but with no details, just for me to call him back in regards to the interview. I called multiple times over the course of the week and not once did I speak to anyone! I left messages upon messages with no call back. It bothers me that you can not get a live person to speak with. What if there was a serious issue with a client and I needed to call and give them a heads up? Can’t speak to anyone so leave a message? That’s really professional. I was looking forward to working for this company but I’ll be taking my cna certification elsewhere. *** on a side note Griswald of Lehigh Valley is very professional*** to had on an hour and a half away

We were very lucky to be notified about Grizwold from our hospice community liaison. Grizwold jumped into action and was able supplement additional personal care support for our dying father, the same afternoon as requested - for 24 hour coverage! This additional support, was a big relief to both him and us and ensured we had the level of constant care needed at that critical time. Each personal care attendant brought their own unique charm and personality to his bedside. Remarkably each a had special gift that was much needed, for both him and us. I wish I knew about their services sooner.

Griswold is a very responsible home health care organization with excellent and caring home health aids. Tawanna and Ryan are fantastic service coordinators. I greatly appreciate their flexibility and patience in working with my family member. I highly recommend this home care organization!

I started working with Griswold in 2022 when my husband, who is a disabled Vietnam veteran, was released from the hospital. We have had multiple caregivers since we started Some for a long periods and some for very short periods of time. Griswold has been able to cover my husband’s care 24/7 for times when I needed to take a respite from caregiving. Overall I am very pleased with the service Griswold has provided.
