I’ve had the opportunity to visit Sapphire Care and Rehab while providing mobile notary services for residents and their families.

My interactions with the staff have always been positive, and Sheena in Social Services has been especially helpful, responsive, and clearly cares about making sure residents and their families get the assistance they need.

I appreciate how easy they’ve been to work with.

Don't even consider this place. My wife had her mother placed here this afternoon and she came away crying -the place is just like the worst of the movies. Asked for an ice pack for her shoulder as she had a fractured it last week. Nothing. Meds - Nothing. I am equally disappointed at St. Lukes - Bartonsville (who absolve themselves of any responsibility once they get the patient out of the door.)

Lost my brothers glasses, my brother was there because he just had surgery for hip replacement and we asked for bed rails they promised the next day he would get them because he's also a fall risk, they never got them and he fell out of bed!
