My wife and I have been here for our first year and we're going on our second year here at Milford a Commons. We are very pleased and happy here. The manager Michelle is a very nice person, what every you need she goes out of her way to help you. Milford Commons is a great place to live and call home. I was looking into it but the bad reviews it has i think ima look into other places I dont got time to paid for a application that's not going to be reviews until a apartment is open when you could take a person number and call them when is open a spot and they could do the application there that just robbing people for they money so that show you have no respect for the people or care at all and 2nd I don't got time to waste my time is important and valuable thank to this bad reviews I dont waste my time and money really thank God!!!

Had to have my lawyer send a letter cause the leasing office takes your application fee but never runs your paperwork. They claim it’s because they have to wait for an apartment to open. They have ignored my lawyer so whatever scam they have going on it prob best if you’re a decent person and don’t wanna get caught up in corruption to not waste time here.<br><br>September 23, 2025 update<br><br>After management responded with just lies blatant lies. Which I’ll be giving to my lawyer thank you. Yes people as you see. This is the kind of unprofessionalism. I’m speaking of like I don’t have a criminal background affect. I work in healthcare for a hospital which if I work with children would be impossible. Do not trust this woman as you see she will land your name, steal your money. I’ll be given the evidence to my lawyer to show the defamation so thank you Michelle for continuing to be unprofessional. I counted on it and everybody now you see.<br>Awesome Michelle, I’m gonna need my $80 application feedback since you failed to run me and my mother‘s application you can return it to my Law Firm that’s reached out to you and your management company. Thank you.

I stopped to put in Directions to Ivy Ridge to view a home. I am looking into rental at Milford as I hope to retire in a few years and perhaps their would be more suitable when on a fixed income.
