Please beware! We moved my stepdad here into memory care in October 2025 based on reviews we read. Unfortunately, most of these reviews were from before the new management took over. This place is understaffed, has a surprising lack of security and is currently being investigated for care home violations. My stepdad fell several times and we weren’t even notified until many hours later. He had multiple items go missing. We were never sure he got all his meals. There is a much better place in East Stroudsburg (Spring Village). Go there and save yourself months of aggravation and worry!<br>Edit to add that our family spoke with Grace Park several times about our concerns and nothing was done. The corporate person who responded to this review should be aware of our concerns because we sent them a lengthy letter as well.

I brought my mom to visit the facility several years ago, even as wonderful as she felt it was, she refused to leave her home where she lived alone, but thank goodness we had the opportunity to meet Kelly on that visit who presented us with several options and through that visit we had her name added to the list of future residents ...as the years passed my mom's health began to fail, but my mom pushed the need to move out until the last minute. We were so Blessed that Kelly was able to find a room for her so quickly all because we had put her name on that list..the staff was so friendly and supportive... as I navigated the continued decline of my mom's health we were introduced to Serenity Hospice Care..between the Grace Park staff and the staff from Serenity my mom was comfortable until her final days...<br>I'd like to give a special Thanks to especially Kelly for her foresight and quick response to our needs, Brianna, Dawn, JC and so many others I never even got to know their names from Grace Park as well as Lauren who became such an important support to my mom and Melissa the RN from Serenity Hospice Care ....everyone helped not only my mom so much but myself as we faced those final weeks and days...I couldn't have done this without them...<br>God Bless Those That Care for Our Elderly...We were definitely lead to the right place at the right time for my mom's care......Asbury Grace Park.....Thank You So Much.

I recently toured the facility for a loved one, the location was beautiful and the staff seemed very attentive and helpful towards the residents!

My mom started out in one of the lovely cottages and then moved into the main building on the 2nd floor and finally down to the first floor as her mobility became more limited. Grace Park was so accommodating thru each phase.They let her be as independent as she wanted but kept us informed of her growing limitations as they arose. The staff is kind, patient, funny, and gently firm (which is an essential quality for sometimes stubborn seniors!). My mom has made many friends and is as active as she wants to be with relevant, engaging activities and events throughout each day. I highly recommend Grace Park to all of my friends who have senior parents looking for assisted living.

My grandmother was an resident and it was nothing but a pleasant experience until the very end. All of the staff were accommodating and supportive. Kelly Bayer was such a positive influence on her stay. She always checked in on my grandmother and all of the other residents. I cannot express enough how crucial this stay was to the end of my grandmothers like. Five stars isn’t enough.
