I now call Chandler my home. It is clean, smells nice and the staff are very nice.

I feel that my parents were not taken care of adequately due to understaffing. The staff members who did care for my parents were very caring. I believe there should be less management and more CNA care. The few staff members on duty each day are not enough to provide proper care for the number of residents. I have a list of my parents' belongings that are missing, and I believe that the management is aware of these missing items.<br>We have reached out about missing items. The items were not found. You can't fix the care my father endured. My fathers room was to small and not handicapped, for a person who is blind, to get around.

My neighbor lives in Chandler and whenever we visit we are always warmly welcomed and we always leave knowing our dear neighbor is very attentively taken care of. The facility is clean and cozy every time we visit.

I am so happy with my decision to move here. It's a nice little community. Independent living took away my worries of owning a home and my little house is just perfect for my needs. Knowing I have other services and activities available for me gives my children and I a sense of comfort. The people who work here have been very accommodating and the people living here are very friendly.
