Our family is deeply grateful for the exceptional care my dad received at Waldens III. He was treated with genuine kindness, dignity, patience, and respect—both emotionally and physically.

Donna, the facility director/administrator, was compassionate, attentive, and supportive throughout my dad’s time there. Her leadership was clearly reflected in the way the entire staff cared for him and worked together as a team.

All of the nurses were wonderful, but Anne deserves special thanks for the comfort, compassion, and personal attention she gave my dad. She also provided sincere concern and thoughtful guidance during a very complex family situation. The nurses cared not only for Dad’s physical and medical needs, but also offered emotional support, reassurance, and peace during an extremely difficult time.

The med techs were equally caring and dedicated, particularly Brittany, whose kindness and attentiveness meant so much to our family.

I could go on and name nearly every person who helped care for my dad—and honestly, I wish I could—because each person played an important role. While it is not practical to name everyone individually, I hope every nurse, med tech, aide, caregiver, hospice worker, administrator, and staff member knows just how important they were and how deeply appreciated they are.

Knowing my dad was surrounded by people who truly cared about him gave our family tremendous peace of mind. We will always be thankful for the compassion, dignity, and excellent care he received.
