Homestead Rehabilitation & Health Care Center

Homestead Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is a short-term rehabilitation, postoperative care, and long-term care facility located in Sussex County, New Jersey. The center specializes in helping patients return home as quickly as possible through individualized rehabilitative services.

The facility offers physical, speech, and occupational therapy, along with post-surgical care, wound care, and IV therapy. Homestead features a state-of-the-art physical and occupational therapy gym with private rooms that include bathrooms and showers. On-site specialists are available for pain management, geriatric care, Parkinson's disease, cardiology, orthopedic, neurology, and cardiopulmonary services.

For long-term residents, the community provides recreation, events, and community-based programs offered seven days a week. Staff work to cater to individual resident needs and facilitate a sense of community and family among residents.
