I live here now it's going on to year, march 2026 would make two years. there's a lot of issues that the residents are having. We ask for a Christmas tree to put up in the building that was denied with a real silly excuse.We can't put up a christmas tree in the community room.There's no kind of joy in the building. It looks like a mortuary. All our activities have been taken away. There's no kind of pictures or anything hanging on the wall. They don't allow politicians in the building.There's nothing going on in here. This place look like it's the place to come die and you also feel like you in prison. The summer activities like senior boat ride? They do a lottery every senior that lives here is entitled to go on the boat ride. If your name is not picked, you do not go never heard nothing like that before. The manager that's running this place took away a lot of activities that the people enjoy getting out their house attending. I'm a newcomer here, and people was telling me how it was before that manager marie came and stopped a lot of activities that they enjoy attending. when she came here everything changed .is going on 2 years? I've been here and since I've been here, she done stopped more activities. So now we really don't have anything to enjoy. and we, the people that lives in this facility then had enough of her What can we do to resolve this issue because it's really getting out of hand with her marie the manager. So once this manager came here, she stopped everything. Marie the manager she have excused for everything and then don't make no sense. Why do people have to live like this with no kind of joy? Don't get me wrong. Departments are beautiful. It's a nice place to live. The people is really nice and friendly. The only problem we have in over here is the manager. So we are asking for help and would like to know what kind of activities are the seniors are entitled to Because this manager, she's just making up stuff and saying, silly things thinking that we stupid But is she got an issue with t? Residents taking away our activities. Then, we need a new manager. We didn't come here to die. We came here to live. And enjoy each other. This is what a senior building is supposed to be like, not like. We in prison, you can't do this. You can't do that, can't put up a tree. You can't decorate. There's a lot of seniors in this building that have their grandkids come and visit. And I'm quite sure they would love to see a Christmas tree lights or something. Like, there's some kind of life in this building. Does other issues too? That's going on? But I cannot post it. And I'll be glad to talk to someone in person. Thank you so much
