If skilled care is needed, this facility could be fine. But if you are expecting your loved one to improve or even maintain their current level of mobility this isn’t going to happen here. My brother was discouraged daily from doing anything on his own. Communication among staff is not good. Many times I informed them he had doctor appointments and he was never ready and I would have to dress him myself. I got a lot of excuses but no solutions. There are good people here, kind and caring people . So it was very frustrating to have such a lack of concern to address the issues I have.
