Avoid this place at all costs. After a back surgery my wife was sent here for up to 20 days of skilled nursing and physical therapy then was to move on to a physical therapy hospital. Her physical therapy started out with a very aggressive physical therapist that moved her and Bent her in ways she was not used to causing much pain. Her physical therapy digressed to basically none except being set in her wheelchair to watch TV. My wife had brain surgery 5 months prior and can become confused If she is overwhelmed with something. Sierra Lions came in and misrepresented a form she had her sign telling her it was for her physical therapy. The form was an application (apparently they forged because my wife is unable to use her right hand to write after the brain surgery) to the state for an extension of her stay for an additional 30 days. Once Sierra Lyons found out she had already been approved to move on to the physical therapy hospital she came in three different times at yelling at my wife accusing her of going behind her back. Once in front of two other staff members. In what realm of professionalism is this considered acceptable? Sierra called me and was very rude when I asked her why she didn't contact me about this extension she said that I was not listed as a contact. Well she was able to contact me so I must have listed. This was purely a money grab situation which could have potentially left me on the hook for thousands of dollars. You are not going to use one of my loved ones for financial gain and completely disregard their care well-being or recovery! Don't read the good reviews they're pretty much fake. The pictures they show of the rooms are staged. The rooms are basically a bed small old nightstand and a TV that barely works. They don't even have a chair in there for visitors to set in. Read the bad reviews they're spot on!
