They are a non-profit (but, what charity do they provide to non-affluent residents?). They appear to be expanding into Kite Farms, where they would not pay property taxes due to being a ‘non-profit’.

I’d like to know the percent of residents under their care who receive ‘charity’.

This is a nice upscale retirement facility. The cost to get in, has doubled over the last 5 years. Rent has doubled over the last 5 years. Everyone is nice that I have talked to and the residents all seem to know Everyone. It is a nice place but be ready for them to empty your wallet.

My mom and dad moved to Trinity Terrace over 15 years ago and have been through the progression of independent living, skilled nursing, and memory care. It has been wonderful that a single place could accommodate all of these phases with a seamless transition.
