My dad has needed these wonderful people twice over the last couple years with the most recent being Dec 2025. The nurses, physical therapy, CNA’s, maintenance & the admin are all the nicest people. My dad was treated with dignity and kindness and he really enjoyed everyone here. He transitioned to assisted living elsewhere but agrees if he ever is in need again he will go back and pester the nurses. They became his family while he was here. I really don’t think you can ask for more! Thank you everyone for all you did for my daddy.

Absolutely wonderful experience. U know a place is great when u actually miss the people taking care of ur loved one. The warmth, respect, and kindness shown was beyond. I wish I could remember everyone’s names but just to name a few of the excellent staff: Nurse and friend Denisa, social worker Jessica, Vicki Director of nursing, and to the nursing staff on hall A + CNA Kimber, LaAsia, & Vanessa a special thank you❤️for taking great care of my mother. I knew the moment I walked n for a tour this place was different. The mood was light, the residents were happy and content, and the staff friendly. We had come from Ridgeview village or as I call it “The Kill Shelter” it was the most horrific experience. Please do not go here. So this facility felt more homey and warm as opposed to stinky and filthy. The food was amazing!!!! My moms finicky as her taste have changed but she always found something she really liked. Great job kitchen staff. I also just loved the maintenance man Joe. He’s a gem. So friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely take my parents there in the future if need be. Thank u Town Hall Estates for all the love! 💕

Cons:
1. Staff lacking empathy
2. Cold food
3. Doctor doesn't come
4. Staff needs better training

My father was here for skilled nursing, strength rehabilitation. This place neglected my dad. His call light was plugged and I plugged it back in. I hit the call button, over 15 minutes pasted and noone came in. I opened the door and found the nurse sitting at the nurses station on her laptop. I asked her about my father's call. Light. She looked up from her computer and said yes it was working, and asked what he needed. I told her she said she would send in a CNA. 15 minutes later. The CNA comes in with an attitude complaining she is behind and has food in the hall. The doctor didnt not come a see him the entire time he was there. We were told his NP comes on Thursdays. I noticed the rapid decline in my father and requested they send him to ER. He was admitted to hospital ICU with severe sepsis, uti and respiratory failure. All which the nursing staff should have noticed. Due to their neglected my dad now has kidney damage and may be to far gone.
This place was supposed to help my dad not make him worse.

Pro: the one RN that helped my father the first day was Corrina. She was great and attentive to my father. She show empathy and concern.

My husband stayed here for two weeks. Corinna, RN, Nurse, took care of my husband patiently. She is responsible in her work and is a qualified and good nurse. I also like the two male doctors there. They are excellent. It's a pity that I didn't remember their names. There is also the top female manager of the nursing home. I met her once. She has a kind and beautiful face and is reasonable. Thank you for your care!
