The community does not serve individuals at high risk of elopement, those who are violent or overly aggressive, or those requiring two-person assist for most daily tasks, though families may hire a private aide for added support.

The community emphasizes direct communication between family members and caregivers, with no corporate layers or phone trees. Family members have open access to the owner and staff who know their loved one best.
