HORRIBLE STAFF & POOR MANAGEMENT. They don't care about their residents wellbeing and neglect the care of residents. Building was nice but they do not clean properly, they do not comply with state ordinances.I found a dead fly in my fathers box of food. They left my father is urine ALL NIGHT, when mentioned to the higher ups they did absolutely nothing about it. Do NOT LET your loved one stay here, they will fall and pass away within two weeks of being here. Specifically their locked memory care unit. They also lied about showering my father on numerous occasions. Nurses are so hard to find or even get ahold of. I have heard from my own ears the way staff speaks to one and other, very disappointing. They are money hungry monsters, I wouldn't recommend NOT A SINGLE person to this place.

Crystal, the Marketing Coordinator with whom I had the pleasure of working, is an outstanding representative, recruiter, and coordinator. I put my name on a wait list for pretty specific things and didn't expect to be called for a long time. Her intuition was so strong that when a unit became available that had some of my requested features, she called me to see if I wanted it. I accepted, am now in the unit where she continues to check with me, and am impressed in all the important ways for one looking into this kind of transition.

Tiffany Springs Senior Living is a great place. Every time you visit the staff are always very friendly. You can tell they really care for the residents. There are regularly scheduled events and happy hours making it feel much more like a community than I would have expected. AND the facility is cleaner than most hospitals and doctor’s offices I’ve visited.
