Highland and their staff helped my loved one in our family’s time of need. After a hospital stay, my loved one needed additional care and rehabilitation and Highland provided excellent care to get my loved one to be able to live in her own home again. Would recommend admitting loved ones here.

The worst possible place I could've ended up after discharging from the hospital. I came in already in pain and ten hours later they still hadn't done anything. The staff is completely inattentive and appear completely checked out. They don't seem to want to help as much as they just want their paycheck. It seems as if you ask them for anything it's a major inconvenience. I've never dealt with more incompetent staff. I felt completely neglected and other patients looked neglected as well. They didn't always wear gloves or sanitize the area when administering certain medications nor did they ever let me know what medications I was getting. They were very short with answering questions and never elaborated. Awful bedside manner. The equipment is incredibly dated. The whole facility needs a huge facelift and staff desperately needs retrained if not completely replaced. I feel bad for any of the other patients trapped there

You have some amazing staff members. Henry and Lenore are wonderful. There are more, I wish I could remember their names. They take wonderful care of my friend Mark and are very friendly and helpful to me too. When I get more names I will add them as well.

This place is a death trap. If you love your love ones do NOT use this facility. My sister was there for one day day before they neglected her. She is an amputee. The bed did not have any kind of safety features. They placed her in a wheelchair without any restraints. Her daughter walked in to find them picking her up off the floor. She ended up in the emergency room after the fall. Which has caused her to have a setback. I would not recommend even leaving my animals at this facility.
