I have a family member there and I'm very concerned and disappointed in the care and services he receives. Also I can't believe how nauseating the smell and the overall housekeeping of the residents rooms and the facility in general are. #1. It smells awful. Removing the urine stained carpet would help. #2. The floors in the residents rooms are tiled but always sticky and dirty. There are even ants. And plaster on the walls need repair. #3. Many times the residents is left for hours without being Changed or bathed. #4. Meals are sparce. No milk, No meat (breakfast). #5. No microwave in the main dining room. 6. One ceiling light in one of the dining rooms. This is just some of the irregularities I've found. What would the State do if they knew of these deplorable conditions?
