My father has been living at the Willows for about three months now, and I can’t say enough about Jordan and Jacquie . They made his transition as smooth as possible. I had a million questions, and they took the time to answer every one of them and explain anything I didn’t understand. They’ve also been flexible and accommodating in so many ways.<br><br>The staff made him feel welcome from the start, and everyone there is friendly and kind. I really love that all the meals are home-cooked. My Father hasn't had any complaints about the food. They even bake your favorite cake on your birthday—and it’s also homemade which is so thoughtful. Overall I would say my dad is happy here. The facility is also clean and well maintained.<br><br>If you’re looking for a smaller, more personal place, I would definitely recommend checking it out.

Compassionate care with a great staff! Mom says the meals are great and she likes it there very much. After being there for two days, she told me that she did not want to go back to her home.

The staff is very kind, welcoming and helpful!! They have communicated very well me, whether I had questions or they had questions. The price to live there is very reasonable I highly recommend The Willows !!

The Willows has provided our mom a chance to live independently with the assistance that she needs to lead a fulfilling life. The Willows provides her family with Peace of Mind knowing she receives a high quality of care with compassion and understanding.<br>Communication has been excellent and The Willows team is very responsive if our family has any concerns. It truly is a family and a place my mom calls home.
