I cant really trust my grandma but she was home 6 days before she had to go back to the hospital for what she origanally ended up in rehab for. A raging uti she was there 26 days the staff was freindly enough they didnt answer call lights and she was supposed to off antibiotics. Which begs the question did they check before or did they even care. Shes was clean as far as i could tell she was fed the two basic things. The staff was freindly and accommodating. They set up out patient care.

After suffering a fractured femur, I was, not only in pain but depressed, as well. I thought, "I'll never be self-sufficient again". But then, I was blessed with the Dynamic Duo of Meagan and Shelby‼ Shelby has helped me re-learn how to dress and undress myself, regain my natural coordination, take care of my wounds/scars amongst other daily tasks. Meagan has helped me re-learn how to transfer - from bed to wheelchair and wheelchair to toilet~ SAFELY. All while building up my core, especially lower body strength. I've NEVER been an exercise enthusiast, but I actually look forward to my doorbell ringing at 9:15am! They bring not only their skills, but happy spirits with them. I actually get to laugh again. It's fair to say that these ladies have helped me physically and spiritually. God's Grace is Good Lisa McCrea

Would not recommend leaving a family member at this facility. Customer service is thr worst.

I was at waterton rehab today, and ordered a lunch plate. It was so good the fish cooked just right. I also had a baked potato which was also good. Great to see our seniors getting taken care of like that.

If I could throw Waterton Nursing Home in the trash, I would. This place is straight garbage. The head nurse is trash, and the care my 72-year-old mother got was beyond disgusting. They let her leg get so bad it nearly rotted off, and now she has to have it amputated. No family should ever have to watch their loved one go through something like that because of neglect and incompetence. I would not recommend this place to anybody for any reason. Do not take your loved ones here. In my opinion, this place does not need to stay open, it needs to be shut down.
