The staff are uniformly kind and considerate and helpful. Floyd, in the dining room, was especially good to us today!

Ann, was great! Super helpful. Well informed and clear in explaining the features and benefits of The Waters. We were there less than an hour because we had another appointment scheduled but we saw three different apartments and the entire facility in that time. Very impressive.

My dad has been at the waters for a year. When you come in the door there's always a friendly face to greet you as you sign in. The place is very clean and beautifully decorated. The people that work there are always attentive to people's needs and the rooms are very clean. My dad appears to be happy there they have a wonderful array of activities for him such as coloring, puzzles, and thursday happy hour. He loves the food there as well and he on occasion goes out for activities. My dad is on a locked facility which is needed for he may wander off as he experiences dementia. I feel good about leaving him there because of the system, they have set up I can feel secure knowing he's in good hands.

I am so glad that my parents and I selected The Waters of Highland Park for their residence when they moved here from their home in Texas. The staff is A+. I have not met one person who was not competent and kind, from the concierge and the dining staff on up to the Director and everyone in between. The apartments and living areas are top rate with extra touches, like these beautiful flower boxes out front. During the limitations of the pandemic there has been a steady stream of clear communication which has been especially comforting. They couldn't be in better hands.

Our mom lives on the Memory Care floor. The care and attention she gets is outstanding. She is engaged in the community life and enjoys being with the other residents. We couldn’t be happier to have her there and she loves it, too!
