Terrible experience! My father and my mother were treated so obscenely. I only found out after his passing that he was threatening to throw himself out of the window he hated it there so much. The staff were straight up mean, impatient, and even with held medication that he came with directly from the hospital. Do not send your loved ones here!

I'm going home today from a rehab stay at The Village at Rockville. The rehabilitation was excellent. The nurse Simon was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist me. I would recommend the rehabilitation at this facility.

My friend's mother was duped by an unscrupulous sales person at this community. She purchased a Villa, approximately three years ago, but it was NOT what the sales person stated. She was forced to move to another villa, and had to fight with the Management company to get her promised Sun porch. The sun porch leaks and she had complained many times, but to no avail. Moreover, quite a few of the senior residents have complained about the sales personnel mis representing what is included in the units, and regarding the condition of the Villas. This property garbage receptacles are close to six feet in height and the lids are extremely heavy as I assist a senior there. There are SO MANY things wrong with this place which they get away with because most of the residents are afraid to lodge a formal complaint against the Management company. I would advise ANYONE considering retiring in this community to have your Attorney go over the purchase agreement with a Fine Tooth Comb because they have proven themselves to be SCAMMERS. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
