We just moved my grandma into this facility. It is so hard to leave a loved to be taken care of. We were graced with Shelby Peoples who has the best energy and sweetest demeanor. Its such a piece of mind to know there is someone who really shows compassion and cares for her patients. She has helped my grandmother so much and has the best patience. She is a breathe of fresh air and we are thankful for her!

I cannot say enough positive things about Esther! She is wound care nurse at this rehabilitation facility. Her clinical skill and attention to proper wound care are truly exceptional, but what sets her apart even more is her compassion and warmth she greets you with daily. She treats every patient with genuine kindness and respect, taking the time to ensure they are comfortable and fully understand their care. She has a remarkable way of making patients feel hopeful and supported, as if they are truly on a clear road to recovery. It is obvious that she sincerely cares about each person’s well-being, not just their medical needs. Her dedication, professionalism, and heartfelt approach make a meaningful difference in the healing process. I am incredibly grateful for the care she provides and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of wound care services.

I had an amazing tie here at the Courtenay Spring Terrence Rehab Health Center. The Staff was very helpful and helped me get back on my feet. I would like to thank the following people who made my stay worth the while, and help in from being unable to walk straight towards getting my burnt wounds taken care of. The food was always on time and they had snack options like bananas and cookies at night or in the late evenings. Although I was the youngest client 43 years old: they had I was treated with respect and the care was exceptional. Thank you to Summer for my medical trips to Orlando from Merritt Island and back. Deborah for wheeling me in a wheel chair on my first first and accompanying my to both my burnt center check ups. Although the ride was brumby Christian know his way there and back. Kelly for keeping up with my appointments and a smooth intake and discharge. Camelia for the showers and bed changes, and keke for giving me donation clothes to wear towards my therapy and Dr visits. The Therapist team lead by Travis and my occupational therapist Gabriel, Emily and Christine for working on my hands and regaining my physical strength. I am forever grateful. Tia the Nurse/ CNA that was on top on my medications and provided a comfortable sleep when I was in Pain or changing my wound care. Again guys thanks, I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehab or a place to send your loved ones for short term or long term care.

If you are willing to make your life better there rehabilitate department is awesome and works at your pace as they realize everyone is different. There nurses and CNA's were 10 times more attentive and caring then the hospital. On top of all that they have activities including bingo with prizes. There activities give you a chance to not be left in your room alone like other places. This is Jeff Atki over and our miss and love you people.

I will be discharged shortly from Courtenay Springs. I’ve been here all of August for rehab after a being hospitalized for a few days for Covid Pneumonia. I came here weak, ill, confused and somewhat frightened. My daughter had given my insurance information prior to my hospital discharge and transport. My room was ready and the entire staff attentive to my care and needs. The very next morning I met with physical therapists, nurses and doctor. It took me a “moment” to realize that my body was in need of therapy. It took me longer to accept that my mind too was in need of help. Thanks to Joan and Shelly my body was moving along and still working on my balance. Thanks to Connie for working and picking at my brain to reengage it. I received chest X-rays, bloodwork, and antibiotics and other meds based on results along the way. Everyone was right on all my needs. I didn’t meet anyone here that was not an individual hero to me. Everyone here was a well wisher, and cheerleader of sorts. Simply Beautiful people that I will never forget. In a sense, I will be dancing my way out! Thank you to ALL at Courtenay Springs Village!
