I have never seen a memory care put so much time and effort into what they do. They are heads above the rest when it comes to care. I am thankful for the love and care they provide to my loved one.

This place is very over priced My mom’s husband put her in here! It’s ugly dirty outdated cramped dark When I visit she is by herself leaning over sleeping on a sofa She walks around outside with me the full 3 or 4 hours I’m there since I come an hour away each week And the back yard is not safe but it’s the only place to take her out into fresh air and sunshine The mulch has been sitting in bags for months The trees and plants are neglected Furniture is in the whether tipped over The blower is not used for leaves and corn nuts The doors are locked like a prison The one door is closed up with shutters The young man who fixes and maintains things leaves all his work laying on grounds and it looks same week after week My mom walks and try’s to leave with me She feels confined and can’t explain! However she was not checked for a possible tumor in brain that could be relieved instead of a diagnosis that may not be the problem I can say because of her husband being in control This has been since October 2025 Before that she was in Rockledge Cottages since Jan 2025 and she is the same Medications are given like she is a testing mice! I don’t like the fact that money is loved not the care! The nurses seem nice and caring! There is a clean place called Palm Bay memory care close to me with one nurse for each and it’s so clean and fancy That is less than half the price here! I love my mom and want what is best I pray for a Godly person to own and manage this place with Gods love!

❗BEWARE – This Place Caused More Harm Than Help❗
We placed my husband in this facility not because he had dementia, but for their Stabilization Program—a program they claim helps observe patients and safely titrate their medications. That was our only goal. Instead, what we got was negligence, misdiagnosis, and silence.
There was little to no communication. After three full weeks, they had only changed one medication. Then, without running a single test, they suddenly diagnosed him with vascular dementia. The psychiatrist admitted to me directly that she made that call just by reviewing his past medical history. No cognitive tests. No scans. Nothing. And then, the attending physician made it worse—he put in writing that my husband had both vascular dementia and Alzheimer’s. Again, no tests at all.
We paid an outrageous amount of money for a “Stabilization Program” that never existed in practice.
When I realized no one was helping him and no one could explain what was going on, I made the decision to move him to a new facility. That’s when we discovered the truth—he was missing multiple medications the entire time he was there. One was a critical mental health drug that should never be stopped cold turkey. To make things worse, weeks after he left, they still had a bag full of his medications in their possession.
This wasn't just poor care—it was dangerous.
Their staff also restricted his independence in ways that made absolutely no sense and only seemed to diminish his dignity. I have asked—in writing, multiple times—for full records and explanations. I’ve received only the documents they chose to send, never the ones I asked for.
He told me he felt like he was in prison with three hots and a cot. He was stuck, confused, and silenced.
The only bright spot was their activities director, Joey. My husband enjoyed the activities and said Joey treated him well. The food was okay. But the place itself is run down, and the common areas are cramped and confining.
I placed my husband in their care because I wanted to help him. Instead, they failed him, and it’s taken everything in me to try and fix the damage they caused.
If you’re considering this facility—don’t. Ask hard questions. Push for real answers. And trust your gut. We trusted them, and my husband paid the price.

My husband fell numerous times and then hospitalized with Covid. I was told he would have some male friends which did not happen. Besides I was able to move him to a newer assisted living facility that was less expensive and better care. He was so much happier.
