We recently moved my step-aunt into the facility and everything has been so great. The folks and activities they have here are amazing and they've done a great job to get her "out of her shell". Top notch. Oh, and the food... yea great for both residents and visitors... puts some regular establishments to shame...

If I could give this place a zero I would. Also dont believe all the reviews. Employees can also give reviews. Look into the reviews names who gave the reviews (one is a young nurse the other an acute care worker). Go by word of mouth or look into the senior services. My MIL was at this facility in 2019 and 2020 for Alzheimer's. Our family lawyer said if we could prove neglect and abuse we would. A CNA that work there treated my MIL bad. She walked with a walker fine before covid shutdown there. When we were able to visit, she was in a wheel chair. She had horrible urinary tract infections all the time. It got so bad she was hysterical from the infection being so bad. The doctor is no better. He removed her from all medications for her Alzheimer's. We removed her from that facility and took her straight to the emergency room. Her kidneys were so inflamed that she had to be put on antibiotics intravenously for days. She ended up going to rehab for 30 days. We took her to a better memory care facility afterwards. She lived for several more years until she succumb to thst dreaded disease!<br>We did leave feedback in 2019 and it was deleted some how on Google reviews. Its ashamed others we talked to back then didn't leave feedback either. Hopefully for every memory care people there, you have gotten your act straight.

I toured Chateau Madeleine in February of 2025 and it was the first time I left a place really thinking that my mom could be happy there. I was planning on a move for her in 6-12 months but due to unexpected circumstances, I had to get her moved in just a few weeks. Lisa helped me get her settled within just a few days after I reached out for help. Moving a family member into memory care is a very difficult and emotional experience but I could not be more pleased with how it worked out. My mom is well cared for and stays busy with the different activities they arrange for the residents daily. The care givers really get to know and bond with the residents. Most of them know that if the residents believe or feel something that may not be true, they don't try to correct them or tell them they are wrong. They redirect them and give them positive attention to try to settle them down. Is it always perfect? No, but what place could be? The facility is clean and well maintained and the majority of the staff is pleasant and helpful. The residents are rarely in their rooms unattended as they are encouraged to be out in the common area where the meals are served and the activities take place. There are always people around, so it doesn't feel lonely. The place has a homey, friendly feeling, as does the staff at the front desk, in the restaurant, and in the memory care unit. The activities director is incredible and always positive. My family and I visit regularly, and we are always made to feel welcome. I highly recommend the memory care facility at Chateau Madeleine and am happy that my mom is being well cared for.
