The front desk concierge name Kevin Martinez is very rude and unprofessional. Instead of him trying to help resolve a situation he continued to state negative comments about me not being about to speak with a director. That’s very unacceptable for someone who’s supposed to make everyone feel respected

Unless you have money to throw away don’t go here. Management is horrible. Getting my mom out asap! Rents are raised every year. She started out 2 years ago at $5500 and is up to $6800 now. My mom’s roommate died and she was charged an additional $1000. Tried going over contract with them and when they couldn’t explain it to me they through me out of office. Awful place. I hope families are watching out for these seniors.i do have to say that the corporate office, in Texas, is very accommodating.

Spectacular event at the Space Coast Health Foundation’s “A Taste of Senior Living” last Friday, 4/17! The team from Brennity of Melbourne truly stood out. Especially Sudjata and Gaelle who brought incredible energy and professionalism even as the event was winding down, they were still at 100%. Their booth was welcoming, interactive, and full of thoughtful details. From the delicious bites to the fun trinkets (I could barely carry it all!), everything was top-notch. The chocolate fountain fruit tree alone was worth the visit and definitely earned my vote for best booth! Such a well-run, engaging experience. I’m already looking forward to next year we’ll absolutely be back and tour The Brennity soon. Thank you for being so nice and kind Sudjata and Gaelle.

We went to the community to see my grandmother we were greeted very well by the concierge Kevin the community was clean and attentive to our whole family!

Terrible. They have such a high turnover. New servers constantly cause they can’t keep anybody that is even remotely good. No empathy for their residents. Admin is heartless. Drive by and don’t go back
