Hi my name is Denise, up here at the rebhave ,they tell you one thing and we do it, we get cold dinners, we don't get meat all we get is soup and be careful the dr,said to get gummies to help out, because I been smoking for over 50 yrs and they said I can't get them , be careful out there they like will try and get a way to drug test you,I told the nurse what the dr said to me about the gummies so the drug test me to night may 5 2026 and I promise so dr say one thing about the gummies, nurses don't what you to have it !!!!so I'm going to see if the dr comes tomorrow morning and he can tell the nurses,that I can take them and the food here is always cold!!!!!thanks have a nice Day

It is with Great reviews that I give e to the facility here. The staff, nurses, Doctors, for prepares do a fabulous job. They Really make you feel comfortable and show Genuine care for the residents. I would Proudly refer anybody with needs provided for such health concerns and recovering needs, to use this facility. All in all they Deserve a Big 5 Star review. It has been a wonderful experience being here. I will be having hip replacement in the next 4 to 5 months, and I'm hoping thay my physical therapy in recovering from it are done here. I truly and dearly love the Entire staff. I even made a few few friends with the staff and a few residents. God Bless them and what they provide and do for those in need! The springs on park Avenue is a great facility. They are all very nice and helpful. I have visited both parts the nursing home side as well as the rehab side. They are both clean, friendl, and helpful. They are also will o g to work with you on anything you face, which in theses days is very well. I really appreciate all there help and kind words. If you have to trust your love ones in hands of others I would highly recommend the springs on Park Avenue.

I have been in rehab at this facility several times over the last few years. The staff has been wonderful and treated me like I was part of their family every time I came. The menu sometimes is not what I wanted but an Always Available menu was offered and had several options to choose from. The therapy team worked hard to help get me strong enough to go home. I couldn’t ask for a better facility who loves on the community like they do!

I have been in the physical rehabilitation area for about 3 weeks, and everything is going very well. I have a large, private room. Most everyone is very nice. They have gone out of their way to accommodate my vegetarian diet. The doctors come in several times a week and are attentive and help with getting the medications I need. I occasionally have trouble getting my pain medication in a timely manner. It all depends on the nurse on duty. An hour wait is fairly common, but once, I had to wait 3 hours. I have had a couple of expensive nutritional drinks thrown out of the refrigerator, but the facility has said that they will buy me new ones.
