Mom has been living here for about two years and has been pretty content overall. She enjoys the food, has pleasant neighbors, and the property appears to be well maintained. The staff also generally seem friendly and happy to be there.<br><br>My main concern is what happens on the weekends. There is a staff member who regularly appears to have strangers staying or spending extended periods of time on the property, to the point that it feels like they are essentially living there on weekends. This has already been reported, but unfortunately it does not seem to have been addressed.<br><br>Up until this point, we have been fairly happy with the facility, but this is becoming a serious concern and potentially a deal breaker for us. I’m hoping bringing attention to it publicly will encourage management to take the issue seriously and address it.

This is an independent senior living facility. Great family feel. Wonderful staff. Happy residents. Nice apartments. Housekeeping, in house dining room and in room kitchens.

Just a few of the things we love about living at the springs at Sunnyview:<br>It is located in the woods like a lodge with no other buildings around it<br>small enough that you can know every ones names so it makes it very family friendly.<br>Very flexible mealtimes, Menu choices, and sitting arrangements.<br>Caring staff who know us all by name.<br>Delicious food!!<br>we love it here, Check us out!<br>Loren and Carolyn

My mother live there. Great place but she has mice problem in her apartment . We told staff about it and they have not responded to use .
