I personally worked as an Office Admin Assistant/Rapid Response for this Home Instead location and am now Client Care Coordinator at a different location. I will say that this team is top tier. Everyone in this office cares about the wellbeing of the people they serve. The team collaborates very well to ensure this and things run very smoothly. The scheduling methods that they have are WELL practiced and make for very happy caregivers and clients alike. With an ever changing field such as this one it is not easy to maintain the hours that caregivers request, or the schedule that the clients prefer, yet this location has very little difficulty doing both of those things and manage to be very successful working with the caregiver's availability. It takes a well put together office to ensure quality care for clients, while maintaining a great work, life balance for caregivers and this office has what it takes.

Mixed impression if you are looking to be a caregiver and leave your loved one in their hands. There's a lovely lady with blonde hair and glasses at the front desk, but Meghan Lux isn't so nice. She just stared at me our entire conversation and looked at me up and down with a scowl on her face multiple times. Came off very rude and condescending. Guess you have to look a certain way to be treated like a person. Maybe this relates to another reviewer's comment regarding high employee turnover and numerous bad reviews for treating employees poorly on Glassdoor. Hope they treat individuals under their care better.

Home instead has allowed our family to enjoy our time with Mom and Dad. I know that they are safe, well fed and clean. The house always looks inviting. Mom passed last year and our care taker was there to help with everything. She has stayed on caring for Dad. She has become like family. She communicates well and answers all questions or refers us to who can give us the answers. It has made the difference between enjoying our parents in their elderly years (dad is 94) and being stressed all the time. She has worked with us in making Dad more independent, which makes him happier and us too. He is able to enjoy being at home and close to family while living independently.

For me it's the people. From those in the office to the care givers in the field, this is such a wonderfully warm and caring group of people. They give me confidence knowing that my mom is in their care. Also, very accommodating and flexible to changing circumstances.
