I'm only giving 2 stars because all the nurses were nice but they didn't all know how to wrap a wound properly some were very sloppy and almost rushed way too bulky I always rewrapped when those ones left my main problem is they seem to just drop patients with no warning or explanation my mom was discharged from the hospital and they sent a referral for her to continue getting the wound care and things she needed but after not hearing from them for a week we called and they simply said they didn't have a referral so we called the hospital and they looked into it for us because it showed they did send the referral and they called us back and said that Amedisys was not going to accept her back?? Like really no call to inform us didn't even tell the hospital so they could find us a new one really pissed me off this is the second company to do this to us and its not like we didn't inform them when she would end up in the hospital I always called to let them know or responded back to let the nurse know when they would text and ask if they could come out that day I'm also sure the hospital informed them as well so that double the communication on our side 🙄

Scheduling an appointment is very poor. Phone calls the previous day taking place at 8:30 and sometimes close to 9 o’clock at night. No consistent scheduling. poor communication from the office. Skipped appointments on their part with little or no notice. Little to no active physical therapy more about paperwork and vitals. I would never recommend this company to anyone who needs home-based physical therapy. Very unsatisfactory short term connection to this company.

Extremely over booked whomever owns this company is either extremely greedy or the people they hire has no idea how to manage time. This company is all about quantity and doesn't consider quality. All nurses are running out the door before they even sit down. I asked for help for my 85 year old grandmother who was just recently released for a skilled nursing facility with a broken leg. I waited 3 weeks for someone to come out and they left within 20 min of sitting down all anyone does is take vitals and out the door they go after waiting 3 weeks this is all the care they offer. We are supposed to be receiving occupational and physical and speech therapy, and a nurse. Seems to me its a money grab i know they charge the insurance company for longer then 20 minutes thats guaranteed. They should be ashamed people really need help it shouldn't be about the money this is ridiculous if you cant provide the proper service STOP !!!!taking on new customers untill you can handle the ones you have

I'm giving a 1 due to Danny the guy that sits in the office and tries to control what times the nurses can come to my home when that is between me and the nurses!! Danny doesn't understand about tpn at all and how you can't stop the infusion and restart the very high risk of line infections or the infusion not stopping on time. Danny wants to dictate instead of understanding the process of tpn. Danny also put the nurse up to saying that we can't do evening appointments every week and drug her into his drama!! I never said I would be doing nothing but evening appointments, I go week to week then I know the time I can do. Putting the nurse in the middle very unprofessional!! However the women there are easy to work with. The women try to understand the process. Update to nursing visits. Nurse Jen wasn't a good nurse as she lied on my husband to Brain about being locked out of our house for 30 minutes and claimed he was hovering over her. Brain allowed for these lies and he put them in my medical records. We have proof that she lied on video recording. Also Brain discharged me claiming because of the note posted on the door saying due to the former nurse Jen and her lies that upon entering this house you agree to video and audio recording. Brain says this is a hostile environment because I called Jen out about her lies and bought indoor cameras for protecting us from any more lies being told on us!!! Brain retaliated and refused to look into the issues about Jen! Brain refused to let my husband talk to Perrin and Brain refused to accept our grievance complaint or look at the videos to see our proof. Brain has also violated the law! The law states you are to give 30 days for getting another home health agency in our home. Brain also lied in my medical records saying other home health agencies had discharge me for this same behavior when I have never been discharged for anything like this. What Jen and Brain have done is slander and defamation. It's wrong to treat a patient like this.i hope the owner reads this and does something about Jen and Brain. Brain also refused to remove these lies out of my medical records. If you need proof about the lies I have copies and you can talk to Dr. Marske at Benton county health department.
