We appreciate the excellent care and services provided at Seasons Memory Care on Old Tezel Road. The staff 100% attentive and caring. They treat their clients like family and pour into their lives through the entire time of their residency at Seasons. Amanda is the kindest, loving front office director. She cared for our love one and kept us abreast of his care at all times. The amazing support was met to our satisfaction. Thank you to Mona and Mari and the entire staff of Seasons and Hospice personnel Pat Garza. You all are angels .

My family has been very happy with Seasons for my grandmother. She not only has excellent care, but the staff has been a wonderful resource for us as well.Vanessa is a wonderful and caring manager, and has been a great resource and pillar of strength for my grandmother and mom. I am very happy with Vanessa’s care team, and after being a part of the Seasons’s family for over four years, I can personally say that they make a difference.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this senior living facility’s owner Mona Talukdar has been incredibly disappointing. The level of customer service is far below what you would expect, especially in a place that’s supposed to care for seniors and their families. The owner comes across as dismissive and arrogant, often acting as though they are above addressing concerns simply because they run the business. Instead of listening or showing empathy, they tend to brush off legitimate issues and make you feel like your concerns don’t matter. When you’re trusting a facility with the care of loved ones, professionalism and compassion should be the bare minimum—but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case here. I strongly suggest the owner take a step back and remember that respect and humility go a long way, especially in this line of work. I would not recommend this place based on the poor customer service and the owner’s attitude alone.

Unprofessional and rude leadership who don't understand the basic rules of law. They'll feed your loved one sausage and ground beef for breakfast lunch and dinner for a MONTH (unhealthy for anyone but deadly for the elderly!) if they catch a good deal. No one eats the food and basic rights of residents are ignored to keep the paychecks running. They threatened to turn away EMS when my loved one was unresponsive. Others are drugged up and infantilized. Ignore at your peril.

If your loved one needs a Memory Care, Season's, Mona,Mata and Cathy are caring, thoughtful and communicate and respond promptly. The staff is kind and caring. No facility is perfect....however they truly make an effort to maintain dignity and respect for your Loved One's. I repeatedly saw the kindness and respect shown to my husband and my concerns. We had few complaints and are moving to a smaller facility, as my husband is transitioning a smaller facility works best for our family. He is completely immovable and no longer needs a security lockdown facility.
