If you looking for Help or assistance this is not a great site was told me i was approved they could help me with assistance for rent and to wait for someone to call which i never received and then they email me a bunch of numbers also promising assistance thanks to this sight i wound up losing my apartment because fund were never sent and to make matters worse i was scammed out of 1200 $from one of the websites that was recommended by this company

It is a shame that I have to give this agency 1 star. They are unprofessional, they don't return calls, and they don't service their clients. They basically don't care about the clients they are paid to provide service for. The providers dont show up and they don't even know nor care because they are still getting paid.... No one works their schedule. I went with this agency in hope of finding someone to help my disabled brother. Big mistake!! He has fell down and no one was there, they don't send floaters. We have been with them maybe 90 days now and in those 90 days no one has worked 1 complete week. Severe lack of communication. If you love your family don't use this agency!!!!

This company is absolutely horrible!! They have left my mom who has MS, immobile and bedridden, without a caretaker 4 days in a row. Unfortunately, this was not the first time. They never answer and do not return voicemails. I'm requesting the state to do an investigation into this terribly ran company. If I could a rating of zero, I would.

I normally do not rate or leave feedback for companies, however I have been so impressed with this company so far. My son was approved to begin home health services ASAP and we chose another company to go with. This other company would never call us back. I’d speak to the office manager and they would tell me that someone would get back to me however no one ever would. This went on for a week. Because we have not ever received these services for our son we weren’t sure if this was the norm, so I contacted Helping hands really just to see. The person that answered the phone was very professional. They then proceeded to connect me to Sara, the intake coordinator I believe. She was amazing and within one hour he was transferred to Helping Hands AND scheduled for services to begin next Tuesday. Wow!! Very professional and on top of it. Very important when you’re looking for care for your loved ones. We look so forward to working with Helping Hands.
