A family-like environment. Residents interact with each other. Staff is friendly & helpful. Dining is more than just food. It is an opportunity to join a table to enjoy the people while having a great meal, or sit by yourself. The choice is yours. Whether you want to enjoy quiet time siting at one of the gazebos, or join a group, is your decision. Access between the five resident buildings & the Seabrook House is an easy stroll along elevated covered walkways.<br>A great place to call home.

My parents lived here for 7 years. Residents and staff are very kind and supportive of each other. It's a wonderful place to retire to. There are many activities and opportunities to socialize. No one ever walks by without a friendly hello. The food is surprisingly good - a point of pride at the Seabrook. Residents get one meal a day - either lunch or dinner, with numerous good choices.

I have lived on Hilton Head Island for over 30 years and it was the easiest and best decision when my husband and I chose to retire at The Seabrook. We love the beach and being a few blocks away has been a dream. When my husband unexpectedly passed shortly after moving here, the community was unbelievably supportive and loving and I immediately knew I was in the right place. As the years have gone by, now I get chauffeured to the beach every week and get to keep enjoying the beautiful sunrises and Island life.
