As an Agape Hospice Liaison, I visit many facilities, and The Preston consistently impresses me. Their team is exceptional and truly committed to providing the highest quality of care for their residents. They follow policies and procedures with integrity, always keeping the residents' best interests at the center of every decision.<br><br>The environment is warm, welcoming, and well-run. The activities program is outstanding, creating meaningful opportunities for residents to stay engaged and connected. One thing that stands out to me every time I visit is the level of staff involvement. I've rarely seen a facility where so many team members are present in the dining room, actively assisting residents and ensuring everyone's needs are met.<br><br>From leadership to frontline staff, there is a culture of compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism. Residents are treated with dignity and respect, and visitors are always greeted with kindness. The Preston is a wonderful example of what senior care should look like.
