My parents have moved their residence to The Retreat Ft Walton Beach in the past year. They love their apartment and the entire facility. From visits from Maverick, the therapy dog, to all the fun planned activities, to Happy Hour. The interaction with staff and caregivers is Five Star. If there should ever be a concern, once addressed to Ms. Teresa, it is immediately corrected. Overall, their relationship with staff, residents and therapists has been nothing but positive. If you are considering this service, contact the facility and request a tour.
