I want to thank all of the staff there for taking really good care of my mother, Blanche R Boyles, while she was there for a Respite stay. The staff was excellent and treated her with the utmost respect and attention. Thank you so much for everything you did for my mother, Blanche R Boyles, me, Tommie Boyles, my sister, Tanya Whitfield. A 5 star 🌟 staff there !!

I don't have any issues with staff but the facility needs to be torn down and rebuilt completely. The employees are only as good as the tools and equipment they are given. Roaches!!! Weak window unit AC units. Beds are old. Doors and hallway widths are not sufficient for beds and wheel chairs. If your loved one is in need of a nursing facility this is a not the place. They deserve better. Edit.. Some staff are actually an issue. Director made it clear that opening the entrance door for visitors is a burden to her and the staff. I held back when I said the halls and doors are too narrow. Truth is the staff don't take enough care in not running into everything. I watched a lady get her wheel chair pushed hard enough to have her head snap back... I'm upset. There is no excuse for this.

we couldn’t be happier with our decision to move my mother in law to westwood!! the entire visit was delightful! from the moment we entered until the time we left the entire staff was more than friendly and welcoming! the facility is extremely clean and the staff top notch! we look forward to visiting again!!

I think Everyone who works here is great, they really care about the residents here. They are very helpful. I really enjoyed the visit with my mother in their pavilion, it’s nice for our family to be able to visit while enjoying the outdoors. I can tell my mom is very happy here, she is always happy when I come to see her here. This place is a blessing to our family, they have helped us so much.
