I can't say enough great things about Emerald Coast Health Care! From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The facility is clean, well-run and filled with compassionate professionals who go above and beyond. A special shoutout to Brandon, the Admissions Director! He is absolutely incredible! Brandon made what could have been a very stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable. He took the time to answer every question, explain everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out.

We had to bring my mom here after she took a fall. We were so worried and nervous about what to expect when coming into a Long term care center; however, we received the best care. Brandon, specifically took good care of us. From the first day to the last day, he went the extra mile to make sure mom was comfortable during her stay and answered any and all questions she had. Our family highly recommends this place, especially for short term rehab.
