My mother recently spent a few weeks at FWB Rehab, and the care she received was truly excellent. The facility was secure, the staff was kind, and her room was both clean and spacious. A wonderful highlight was that after showing proof of vaccination, we were permitted to bring her dogs to visit. Seeing them during her first few days—when she wasn't yet strong enough to leave the facility—meant the world to her. The PT team was patient and authentically caring, and her nurse, Jennifer, was exceptionally thoughtful. I also want to commend Carina, Travis, and an evening nurse with short dark hair whose name escapes me. Caring for those who are facing steep physical and cognitive challenges is incredibly difficult work, yet everyone we encountered met us with a warm smile and genuine sincerity. Our family had complete peace of mind knowing she was in such generous hands. We are forever grateful.

Was skeptical when I heard about FWB Rehab. I was relieved AND pleasantly surprised when I visited the place. I was expecting a nursing home environment and got a clean atmosphere, environment and pleasant employees. Start at the front door. "Always locked" for security, the sign in receptionist very pleasant. Was shown around before my wife arrived. I noticed clean floors, private rooms, excellent physical therapy room having 18 therapists for rehab. The dining room clean with table cloths and per my own inspection...the kitchen was "CLEAN". I would " highly recommend FWB rehab for anyone who would need this type of help.

I am so pleased with Ft Walton Rehabilitation center. It is very clean, the staff is very pleasant and professional and their foid is good. Compared to where my husband was before this is like the Hilton. They have been to very helpful. I would highly recommend this facility.

At first, I was hesitant on leaving my mom in a rehabilitation center all by herself, but after just the first day, those worries were put to rest. On behalf of my mom, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude and generosity to everyone who was involved in my mom's care during her stay. I agree with the guy who said this place is phenomenal--it is! My mom had to go there for three weeks after a very bad fall in the assisted living where she lives. She went from the hospital to Ft Walton Rehab and my sister and I were very pleased. There were always so many people around and it was active, lively, and fun! The staff were SO NICE and helpful! It was clean, decent food, good smells, and tons of support for everything. I loved it and wish she could stay there forever! Thank you, Ft. Walton Rehab!
