My mom was a resident at the Reserve at Citrus for the last 18 months of her life. We chose this residence because it was a family-like environment and the facility was easy to navigate for my mom. Everything is on one floor and easy to find. I have been volunteering as a Zumba instructor for the past 4 years. The facility has gone through many changes but I think the changes in the leadership of the facility have been very positive. The staff has been consistent at the facility for years and they are very special people. The activity director, food service director and the and memory ward director could not be more loving and caring. The aides, nurses and staff are wonderful. The leadership team has made the facility much more customer centric than in the past. This phase of life can be a big challenge for residents and if I had to choose a place for my mom again, I would not hesitate to choose the Reserve at Citrus.

When our mother was first admitted to the assisted living program we found her care to be very good . Her condition deteriorated and she was admitted to the memory care program. We cannot say enough good about the memory care director. She tried her best to give all the clients the very best care she could. Then The Reserve changed hands and we found that mom’s care went downhill. When we visited we found that the facility wasn’t as clean . Mom’s bathroom wasn’t cleaned regularly. We even met with the director, Ms Mohammed to express our concerns about this. We seldom saw any cleaning staff working when we visited. Also we reported to the director
That mom had bruise marks left on her arm left by a staff member. We were told
That he had been let go. I cannot in clear consciences give The Reserve At Citrus a good review

My mother loved living at The Reserve and really thrived there. All the staff were so kind and compassionate. Administrative staff were very helpful and professional. Our family had absolutely no concerns for my mother's care while was there.
